Diffusion anisotropy

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The diffusion anisotropy , the uniaxial magnetic anisotropy in ferro- and ferrimagnetic crystals .

At a suitable temperature , a magnetically induced short-range order is formed by diffusion . B. preferably arrange pairs of the same atoms in one direction in the mixed crystal . This anisotropic atomic distribution is called the directional order. It is the cause of diffusion anisotropy.
