Dilaver Gok

Dilaver Gök (* 1965 in Divriği ) is a German-Turkish actor, author and theater founder.

Gök is a graduate engineer in geophysics from 1983 to 1987 at the Istanbul Technical University . In 1992 he came to Germany. Here he works after various other activities as an actor in the theater sector. Gök is co-founder and board member of the à la turca theater , but also plays on other stages. He was part of the premiere ensemble of the acclaimed 2009 theater adaptation of the television film Wut (2006) by Volker Lösch at the Stuttgarter Schauspiel , where he played the father of the main character. Under Nuran David Calis he also played the caretaker in Danton's death ; also children's theater at the Junge Ensemble Stuttgart.

He is also active as a writer, for example as a writer of short stories. With his reading comedy, he was invited to Stuttgart Night, among other things . He provided the translation into Turkish for the intercultural children's play Pelle, the circus child based on Marjaleena Lembcke . He wrote a book contribution for the volume Mitten in Deutschland, edited by Cem Özdemir and Wolfgang Schuster , about successful migrants.
