Dipankar Bhattacharjee (born February 1, 1972 in Guwahati ) is an Indian badminton player .

Career

Dipankar Bhattacharjee won the men's singles title in 1987 at the Indian junior individual championships. In 1993 he won the Indian individual championships for adults for the first time. In 1992 and 1996 he took part in the Olympics. In his first participation he was 9th in the men's singles and 17th in the doubles. Four years later he only started in doubles and finished 17 again.
