Bojer knows how to deal with sometimes simple everyday observations in his songs, which make him think more than others, sometimes with self-ironic poetry , sometimes with disarming naive words and often with a sad undertone. From 1991 onwards, Bojer published at least eight CDs on smaller labels or in self-production. Remarkable songs are called The Mailbox Shock Song , The Meise, Friedhofslied, Hasenheide, Almost Every Day, Traumland or Am Ostkreuz . Also humorous or melancholic spoken pieces like Der Spatz or Hier ist Frieden alternate with songs on some CDs.

Bojer worked with Peter Henisch , Lutz Walzberg, Manfred Maurenbrecher and Thomas Vock , among others .
