Dirk Ommeln
Dirk Ommeln (born February 5, 1968 in Johannesburg ) is a German politician ( CDU ).
Life and work
After graduating from high school in Kirchheim unter Teck , Ommeln studied political science, sociology and public law. From 1993 to 1996 he was an advisor to a member of the Bundestag. He then worked in Stuttgart for a business service provider and a public relations agency. In 2001 he switched to EnBW . Ommeln is married and has three children.

From 1991 to 1999 Ommeln was a member of the board of the CDU in Kirchheim unter Teck. In addition, he was elected to the board of the CDU district association Esslingen am Neckar in 1993 . From 2000 to 2001 he was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg . He represented constituency 8 Kirchheim there.
