Dirk Schumacher
Dirk Schumacher (born June 10, 1975 ) is a German radio presenter , speaker , composer and author .
Life
Schumacher made his first steps into professional life from 1994 to 1998 as a presenter at RSA-Radio in Kempten . Over the years Schumacher u. a. at Grundy UFA as a production assistant and unit manager on the set of Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten and Behind Bars - the woman barn . Dirk Schumacher moved to Munich in 2000. There he worked from 2000 to 2012 as a presenter at Radio Gong 96.3 , as Dirk “Schumi” Schumacher, with the daily program “The Afternoon” from 1pm to 5pm. Since 2013 he has been working as an editor and speaker at Bayerischer Rundfunk .
Under his full name Dirk Mark Schumacher he composes songs in the fields of pop, hit and dance with his music partner Gabriel Florea. In his Bavarian songwriting project Schuminga , Dirk Schumacher released his album Jedn Dog as a singer and songwriter in 2010 .
Awards
Dirk Schumacher was awarded the Audience Award Nonbook at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2016 for the book Buddhas bathe better (2016, Wannenbuch edition ) .
