The Dirty Slippers are a Hungarian pop rock band from Gyula .
history
The band was formed in 2005. In 2008 they released their first music album and went on an independent tour. In 2009, her first single, Élned kell, was used as a promotional song in a Hungarian pharmaceutical company campaign against cervical cancer . Other singles followed such as Te vagy a Fény , Hang vagy Jel and Egy a vége . In 2010 the band toured together with Republic , EDDA and Magna Cum Laude .
In 2012 the music album Közel Hozzád was released , produced by George Shilling . It entered MAHASZ's Hungarian charts at position 18 and later climbed to number 13. The group has been a regular support act for Republic since 2009, both in arenas and at festivals. They also completed three pan-European tours with The Coronas , Rezident EX and The Last Vegas . In 2013 they played 99 concerts.
In 2014 the band went on a tour with 84 stations, including the most important Hungarian festivals. In 2015 the music album Múzsa was released , followed by a tour with 50 stations on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the band.
