from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

DISSY (civil Till Krücken ) is a German rapper , also known under the name dissythekid .

Career

DISSY, then still dissythekid, appeared for the first time in 2014. In September of the same year he published the EP Pestizide . It was initially published digitally . A short time later, a physical release in the form of a CD took place via the music label Heart Working Class .

In 2017 he released a new EP called Fynn . According to his own statement, the title pays homage to its producer and alter ego Fynn . As with the first EP, a digital release followed. The only feature is the German producer duo Donkong in the medicine track .

For September 2018 he announced his debut album "Playlist 01" , which, unlike the previous EPs, will be released through the music label Corn Dawg Record . The album features features with the German singer and rapper Clueso again.

In January 2020 he surprisingly released the EP bugtape side a, which was also released on the music label Corn Dawg Records. The rapper Tightill and the singer MOAT are featured as guests.

Stage name and alter ego

While he raps under the name "Dissy", he calls himself "Fynn" as the producer. He describes Fynn as rather gloomy; Dissy, however, as very nice and a little naive. It was only when JUICE described both as individuals that Dissy developed a background story for the two characters. The rapper associates Fynn with his youth, whose memories are well suited as material for classic gangsta rap , while Dissy is more like himself.
