from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The One 1998 division was the third season of second English rugby league league . The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats , who won in the final 24:22 against the Featherstone Rovers and thus rose to the Super League . In 1998 there was no promotion and relegation between the second and third division, as these were combined into a single league, the Premiership, in the next season.
