Premiership 2000
The Premiership 2000 (referred to as the Northern Ford Premiership for sponsorship reasons) was the fifth season of the English rugby league . The first place in the table after the end of the regular season occupied the Dewsbury Rams , who won in the final 13:12 against the Leigh Centurions . The Widnes Vikings were inducted into the Super League .
