Dohle is a family-owned trading group and franchisor based in Siegburg . It operates 77 HIT stores, mainly in the Rhineland, and is the franchisor for a further 25 stores . She is also the owner of the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten (Hamburg) .
history
The origins were the Rhenish colonial goods wholesalers Gerhard Schröder, Bergheim-Erftkreis, founded in 1902 and Jean Dohle, Königswinter-Quirrenbach, founded in 1927. In 1960 Maria Dohle, nee. Schröder and Kurt Dohle. Both merged their parents' companies to form the DOHLE trading group, with the central administration in Siegburg.
Companies
Gert Schambach has been managing director since July 2013. Kurt Dohle has retired from operational management and has a seat on the advisory board of the DOHLE trading group. The turnover of the trading group is around 1.45 billion euros. Around 77 HIT stores are operated in the Rhineland. The Dohle company has had a cooperation agreement with the Rewe Group since 2006 for the areas of purchasing and logistics. For this, the Rewe company has received a right of first refusal for Dohle.
