Dolmen du Creux

The Dolmen du Creux (also known as "Dolmen of Saint-Bômer-Les-Forges") is located east of Saint-Bômer-les-Forges and south of the D56 road near Flers in the Orne department in Normandy , France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The dolmen has a preserved ceiling slab supported by two high and two low stones. Two more stones in the southeast show that the preserved part depicts the transition from the corridor to the chamber. Four orthostats in close proximity suggest that a second dolmen (or stone box ) was in the same hill.

The Steinkiste du Pi de Chien is located about 2.5 km southwest of the D54 road .
