The Loubaresse dolmen is located on the roadside northeast of Le Broc in the south of the Puy-de-Dôme department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ). The dolmen simple was discovered in the last quarter of the 20th century and classified as a monument historique in 1978 .

It is still partly in its 12.7 m wide and 0.82 m high tumulus . The chamber is approximately 2.6 m long, 1.15 m wide and 0.82 m high. It is covered with an outwardly curved capstone, which is smooth on the inside, which is 3.3 m long, 1.76 m wide and 0.6 m thick. All stones are made of basalt .
