The ideal “dolmen with corridor” ( French dolmen à couloir ) here in the tumulus

The Dolmen of Talhouët lie southeast of La Trinité-Surzur ( Breton At Drinded-Surzhur ), south of the N165 at Vannes in the Morbihan department in Brittany in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The two ruined Gangdolmen ( French Dolmen à couloir ) lie in the same cairn . Their floor plans with the corridors facing east are still recognizable.

The south dolmen has a 2.8 m long broken ceiling slab and partially buried bearing stones.

The North Dolmen has kept almost all of the stones, but these are small.

A little further to the west are the menhirs of Bergard , further to the east in Ambon lies the heavily disturbed dolmen of Rangliac (also called Sainte-Julitte ).
