The Bergard menhirs stand east of Surzur near Vannes , in the Morbihan department in Brittany in France . The two menhirs are 40 m apart in the hamlet of Bergard, in a field next to the road to the hamlet of Pembulzo.

The eastern menhir ( location ) is stele-like, has a height of more than 2.0 m and is straight at the top. The western menhir ( location ) is smaller, has a sharp point and is slightly inclined.

A little to the east are the Talhouët dolmens .
