Domackerstraße 71 (Bergheim)
The listed Vierkanthof at Domackerstraße 71 is located in the Quadrath-Ichendorf district , one of the 15 districts in the district town of Bergheim in the Rhein-Erft district .
history
The house with number 71 is a so-called square courtyard from around 1850. In the beginning, the property served as a stud building for Schlenderhan Castle .
Todays use
Horses from the Schlenderhan stud farm are still employed there today.
architecture
The single-storey house consists of half-timbering, which has been completely plastered and slated on one gable side. The entrance is in the middle of the house and still has the original door leaf with skylight . A dwelling with two windows extends above it . On the northern side, the courtyard wall connects with a basket arched passage. Farm buildings complement the residential building to form a square courtyard.

The monument is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Quadrath-Ichendorf under No. 55. The description reads:
The courtyard is a square courtyard from the mid-19th century. The 1-storey residential building is located at the eaves facing the street on one side of the square. The 5-axis building was built in half-timbered style, but is now completely plastered. The middle of the building is emphasized by a wide rectangular entrance with a large dwelling above. The door leaf is in its original condition. All windows are framed with block frames. On the right side of the house there is a courtyard wall with a basket arched passage. The adjoining brick farm buildings complement the area to the square courtyard.
