The 1-storey residential building is located at the eaves facing the street on one side of the square. The 5-axis building was built in half-timbered style, but is now completely plastered. The middle of the building is emphasized by a wide rectangular entrance with a large dwelling above. The door leaf is in its original condition. All windows are framed with block frames. On the right side of the house there is a courtyard wall with a basket arched passage. The adjoining brick farm buildings complement the area to the square courtyard. The statue, which stands on a trapezoidal base in the middle of the circular fountain basin, was cast in collaboration with the Cologne factory schools. The figure embodies a glassblower in a timeless representation.
