Small, rural house with farm building; Residential building 1 ½-storey; Brick, facing the street at the gable, with a recessed, plastered plinth, in which the cellar windows are exposed; all window openings are arched, entrance on the courtyard side eaves, structure of the facade by offset in yellow brick material, above the lintels of the windows, as a storey separating cornice with bricks walled in between and as a diamond pattern on the gable; repairs visible in the masonry of the gable; parallel to this is a single-storey brick farm building, connected to the residential building by a wooden courtyard gate. In the churchyard of the Catholic parish church of St. Vinzentius in Oberaußem there is a memorial for the resettlement of Fortuna by the brown coal works. For the demolished church of the place, the remainder of the deferred tower was erected like a monument with a curved dome over the 8-sided tower. On the remains of the tower you can see a memorial plaque with the following inscription: “The bell tower comes from the St. Barbara Church in Fortuna. This church was built in 1923 and demolished in 1983 due to open-cast lignite mining. " 236 13 Sep 1996
