Domarringar from Vårvik

The Domarringar of Vårvik lie in the district Bjoerndalen west of Trollhättan on the other side of the river Göta älv in Västergötland in Sweden .

The Vårvik Domarringar are at least four preserved stone circles on the Vårvik burial ground . Three stone circles each have eleven stones and a diameter of about 12.0 meters. The fourth stone circle has nine stones and about 9.0 m in diameter. A fifth stone circle was probably in the middle of the burial ground, where a footpath was later laid. Some stones of the fifth stone circle are still visible. According to the information on site, there were a total of seven stone circles.
