Dominik Wilkins

Dominik Wilkins (born June 5, 1988 ) is a former American - German basketball player. Jimmy Wilkins' son played eleven games for Phoenix Hagen in the basketball league .

career

Dominik Wilkins was born to the former US professional basketball player Jimmy Wilkins and a German mother. He grew up in the US state of California and played basketball at Gilroy High School. From 2006 to 2010, he graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in economics, but was not on the college's basketball team.

In the summer of 2010, the 1.83-meter-tall builder and winger was signed by the German Bundesliga club Phoenix Hagen and given a double license for assignments with the regional league team BG Hagen. He made his Bundesliga debut on October 15, 2010 in the game against Bremerhaven . In his eleven first division appearances for Hagen until 2012, he remained a supplementary player and scored a total of six points.

In the 2012/13 season Wilkins was part of the BG Dorsten squad in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB and then went back to California, where he worked in the vehicle trade.
