Dominique Plancke (* 1957 in Lille ) is a French politician .

Plancke was director of the Maison de la Nature et de l'Environnement in Lille from 1983 to 1989 . During this time he was a founding member of the Greens ( Les Verts ) in France in 1984 . From 1989 to 1993 Plancke was deputy mayor of Lille. Then he was party secretary of the Greens at national level until 1995. From 1997 to 2001 he was the party's executive director.

Since March 1998 he has been a member of the Regional Council of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region and a member of the Transport Commission. Since March 2001 he has also been a member of the Lille municipal council, responsible for cultural heritage. He took over the chairmanship of the Greens in June 2004.

He has also been a member of the National Public Debate Commission since November 2004.
