Dominique Vlasto
Dominique Vlasto (born August 14, 1946 in Marseille ) is a French politician of the Union pour un mouvement populaire (UMP).
Life
From 1983 to 1989 Vlasto was a member of the Marseille City Council . From 1995 to 2001 Vlasto was on the board of France Congrès . Vlasto has been a member of the European Parliament since 1999 .
EU parliamentarian
Vlasto is in the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats).
From 2009 to 2014, Vlasto is a member of the Committee on Transport and Tourism , of the Delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union, and of the Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean. She is a deputy in the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Human Rights, Common Security and Defense Policy and in the delegation to the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly.
