Donald Agu (born December 12, 1975 ) is a retired Nigerian soccer player .

Career

Agu played for the Enugu Rangers in his youth . His first stop in Europe was the Serbian first division club FK Obilić from Belgrade in 1994 , with whom he was under contract until 1995. There followed a year at the Italian club Salernitana Calcio , before Agu moved to Germany in 1996 and joined the regional division FC Augsburg .

After two years in Augsburg, Agu moved to Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt in 1998 , but he did not play a single competitive game. In January 2000 he signed a contract with the second division SSV Reutlingen , where he made 28 league games in the following year and a half.

In 2002, Agu finally moved to Abahani Limited in Bangladesh . From there he returned to his native Nigeria in 2005 and let his career end with his former youth club Enugu Rangers .
