Doris Beck

Doris Beck (born April 5, 1961 in Ruggell ) is a Liechtenstein politician and was a member of the Liechtenstein state parliament from 2005 to 2013 .

biography

Beck completed an apprenticeship at a Liechtenstein bank before starting her training as a computer scientist and passing the federal professional examination for business IT specialists in 1986 . From 1988 to 2001 she held a managerial position in the IT department of a Liechtenstein bank and in 2001 she was self-employed with her own company .

Beck has been a member of the Presidium of the Patriotic Union since 2001 . In 2005 she was elected to the state parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein for the first time. Until 2009, she was the parliamentary group spokesperson for her party and head of the Liechtenstein delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly . From 2009 to 2010 she was only a member of the delegation. In the state elections in February 2013 , she no longer ran.

In addition to her work in the state parliament, Beck has been a member of the economic commission in her place of residence Ruggell and on the board of the local branch of the VU in Ruggell since 2007 . She is divorced and has two daughters.
