Doris Märtin

Doris Märtin (* 1957 ) is a German author, linguist, communications consultant and speaker. Märtin focuses on corporate and customer communication, charisma, potential development and the emotionally intelligent interaction with yourself and others. For her book Quiet Wins she developed a personality profile especially for quiet people (intro DNA).

Märtin studied language and literature in Regensburg and Erlangen. In 1992 she did her doctorate at the Institute for English and American Studies at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen with a dissertation on Shakespeare's "Fiend-like Queens". She is a member of the German Association of Trade Journalists, a systemic coach and a licensed etiquette trainer. As a lecturer for business writing and soft skills, she has over 30 semesters of teaching experience in higher education. She has been a member of the German Knigge Council since 2013.
