The Dorsa Lister is a group of Dorsa of the Earth's Moon . It is about 203 km long and lies in the plain of the Mare Serenitatis , north of the Pliny crater . They form a large arch that begins in the west at the Bessel crater , runs in a south-easterly direction until it touches Dorsum Nicol in the south and then turns to the north-east and disappears west of Bessel .

It was named in 1976 after the British geologist and zoologist Martin Lister .
