In this film, some students end up in an abandoned sanatorium because of their architectural project. There Jessica (played by Parisse Boothe ) and Ryan ( Hunter Knight ) find out that Jessica is the daughter of a former patient. She also had a child with a doctor in the sanatorium, on whom he was doing experiments. After twenty years, the students in the sanatorium are confronted with it.
