Dreyfus Prize in the Chemical Sciences
The Dreyfus Prize in the Chemical Sciences is a biennial prize awarded by the Camille and Henry Dreyfus Foundation for achievement in chemistry. It is endowed with $ 250,000.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the Swiss brothers Camille Dreyfus and Henry Dreyfus founded companies in particular for the production of cellulose acetate fibers ( Celanese ) in Switzerland, the USA and England.
