The Drielaker Lake is a quarry pond in Easter Burger Substadtteil Drielake on the outskirts of Oldenburg , Lower Saxony .

description

The approximately 10.4 hectare lake was created in the early 1980s with the construction of the A 29 motorway . The excavation was mainly used to fill the ramps for the 26 m high motorway bridge over the Hunte . Today it forms a local recreation area in close proximity to the port and trade.

The Drielaker See is used by the Sportfischer-Verein Oldenburg eV as fishing waters. The Hemmelsbäker Canal runs directly on the northeast side of the lake and flows into the Hunte a few 100 m further north.
