criticism

In 2000, the connection between consulting and investment business (and the resulting conflicts of interest) of the Droege International Group was viewed critically. Through the financial participation (FaDroege Capital Beteiligungen) it is possible to direct consulting orders to one's own company (Droege & Comp.) And to exert greater influence on the fortunes of the company than other shareholders (e.g. Klöckner & Co ).
