Dsensursky ( Russian Дзензурский ) is a complex volcano located in the southern part of the Russian Kamchatka Peninsula .
geology
The Dsensurski volcano dates from the Pleistocene and is now heavily eroded. After a long period of rest, the volcano was active again in the Holocene . In the south-western part of the volcano there is a fumarole basin filled with melt water , which is 5 to 20 meters in size. On the bank and at the bottom of the basin there are fumaroles that heat the water to a temperature of 85 to 90 ° C.
