Dumitru Paraschivescu
Dumitru Paraschivescu (born April 18, 1923 ) is a former Romanian walker .
At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952, where he was the flag bearer of the Romanian team, he was seventh in the 50 km walk .
In 1955 he won bronze in the 20 km walk at the World Festival of Youth and Students .
At the Olympic Games in Melbourne in 1956 he came in 14th place in 20 km walking and did not reach the goal in 50 km walking .
