The Duphornhöhe is a mountain range on the Borchgrevink coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It towers at the western end of the Downshire cliffs on the east side of the Adare Peninsula .

Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX I (1979–1980) named it. The namesake is the German geologist Klaus Duphorn (* 1934), who was involved in this research trip.
