Dursty GmbH & Co. KG was created in 2000 from the acquisition of the Bier-Schneider Group by the Veltins brewery . In 2005, the 72 beverage quick purchase branches of the beverage Müller group from Netphen were acquired.
On January 1, 2018, Getränke Hoffmann , a subsidiary of the Radeberger Group, took over Dursty Getränkeemärkte GmbH & Co.KG, thereby expanding its geographical position in the area of North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate.
