Beverages Hoffmann GmbH is a beverage chain with 455 branches in Berlin , Brandenburg , Hamburg , Schleswig-Holstein , Hesse , Lower Saxony , North Rhine-Westphalia , Rhineland-Palatinate and Saxony-Anhalt . The beverage chain is based in Blankenfelde-Mahlow , Groß Kienitz .
history
Hubert Hoffmann founded the company in 1966 as HH Discount Spezial in West Berlin . He adopted the name Beverages Hoffmann in the 1970s. Beverages Hoffmann GmbH has been wholly owned by the Radeberger Group in Frankfurt am Main since 1989 , which in turn is part of Dr. August Oetker KG is in Bielefeld. In 2010 the big box beverage stores (Lingen) and the Riepen beverage stores (Bordesholm) were taken over.
In terms of the number of stores and sales volume, the company was the largest beverage store operator in Germany in 2013.
The Dursty beverage stores have been part of the Getränke Hoffmann Group since January 1, 2018 .

The branches are run by independent commercial agents in a franchise system.
There are over 450 branches across Germany:

Beverages Hoffmann today has around 7000 products on offer. In addition to manufacturer's brands, it also sells its own retail brands: Herren Premium beer, Lausitzer mineral water , Bayern Bräu beer, Ernteglück juices, HOFFMANN sparkling wine and Volksmund wine. Beers , mineral waters, juices, lemonades and other non-alcoholic beverages as well as sparkling wine , champagne , wine and food and non-food items can be found in the markets of the manufacturer's brands .

In June 2014 the German Institute for Service Quality tested ten beverage market chains on behalf of the news broadcaster n-tv . In the categories of advisory competence and offer, Getränke Hoffmann received the test result as very good.
In 2016, Wein + Markt recognized the wine branch concept from Getränke Hoffmann in Berlin's Kurfürstenstrasse as the best in food retail.
Beverages Hoffmann was named best in the Handelsblatt ranking "Germany's best retailer" in the "Beverage markets" sector.
In Berlin, HoffmannBringts offers a delivery service for Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area.
The trade magazine "Der Handel" has named Beverages Hoffmann "Germany's Top Retailer 2018".
