e-QSS by NEUMANN is a software / app that is used in the digital quality management of companies in a wide variety of industries (e.g. facility management , building cleaning , food industry , pharmaceutical industry / GMP, automobile production , hotels, banks) as well as public institutions, clinics and care facilities comes. The application can be used from all end devices (stationary PC, tablet , smartphone ). The main areas of application are cleaning and facility management, hygiene and HACCP controls. The product family also includes e-QSS Touch (for surveys at terminals) and e-QSS Service-App (live ticker for quality management).

history

e-QSS by NEUMANN was launched on the market as quality assurance software in 1999 by Neumann & Neumann Software und Beratungs GmbH. The e-QSS Touch extension was released in 2012. It enables companies to carry out and evaluate customer surveys at terminals, by email or via QR code . In 2019, the e-QSS service app was launched on the occasion of the CMS trade fair. It serves as a live ticker that provides real-time information on the status of tasks and work progress in quality management .

e-QSS consists of a web-based administration portal with a REST interface that can be used by applications in the corporate environment. The mobile application takes place via iOS or Android app.
