The wobbles Holding SE , based in Munich, is a service company, which is mainly technical, infrastructural and commercial buildings through subsidiaries services ( Facilities Management provides). These include cleaning services, health care and hotel services as well as the delivery of sanitary and hygiene items. The range of services also includes gardening and landscape maintenance as well as caretaker, winter, emergency and security services. Wackler Personal-Service offers industrial-technical and commercial personnel in the form of temporary workers and operates personnel recruitment for these areas.

Through its subsidiaries, the company has around 6,000 employees in 35 branches nationwide.

history

Friedrich Wackler (1876–1967) opened a window cleaning company on June 12, 1909, laying the foundation stone. In 1934 the company was renamed "Allgemeine Reinigungsanstalt Bavaria". Building cleaning is officially recognized as a full craft for the first time. In 1938, the founding son Friedrich Wackler (1913–1978) joined the company. The business area is expanded to include floor and facade cleaning.

1945 followed - after the destruction of all Munich office and storage rooms - the new registration of the "cleaning facility Bavaria". In 1949 the company was renamed "Die Münchner Heinzelmännchen". 1968 Central Gebäudereinigungs GmbH & Co. KG in Frankfurt am Main is taken over. Friedrich P. Wackler (born 1945) takes over the management.

1990 followed the acquisition of OMNIclean GmbH in Chemnitz , formerly part of the service combine Karl-Marx-Stadt. City Clean GmbH (today Wackler Facility Management GmbH) is founded in Munich in 1991. In 1998 Certas Security (now Wackler Security) was founded in Chemnitz. In 2001 the first participations in service companies followed. In 2008 the family-owned companies are merged under the umbrella brand Wackler. Wackler Holding SE was founded in 2009 and Wackler Personal-Service GmbH was finally founded in 2010. At the end of 2013, Friedrich Peter Wackler received the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany ( Federal Cross of Merit ) for his entrepreneurial and professional commitment to the building cleaning trade.

In 2015, the company bundles all sub-brands under one major brand, which from then on is presented with a common logo. In the further development of its products and services, Wackler consistently focuses on sustainability and environmental protection. With Green Clean, the company is e.g. B. Measures on the way to the "green office". In 2018, Wackler will be the first climate-neutral company among the leading building service providers in Germany
