EVS canal - after the former energy supplier Energie -versorgung Schwaben (EVS) - are called engine canals in Baden-Württemberg :
- EVS Canal (Enz) , left side canal of the Enz through Enzberg , town of Mühlacker, Enzkreis

EVS Canal (Kocher) - two right side channels of the Kocher in the Hohenlohe district; downstream:
- EVS Canal (Kocher, Ingelfingen) , from Nagelsberg , City of Künzelsau to Ingelfingen
- EVS Canal (Kocher, Ohrnberg) , from Sindringen , city of Forchtenberg, to before Ohrnberg , city of Öhringen
- EVS Canal (Lauter) , right-hand connecting canal from the Glatt (Neckar) to its tributary Lauter near Glatten , Freudenstadt district; flows into the dam for the junction of the ENBW tunnel Dornhan – Bettenhausen , which feeds the Heimbach dam , which drains back into the Glatt via the continuation of the tunnel in Bettenhausen , municipality of Dornhan, district of Rottweil
