Eberhard Lange
Eberhard Lange (* 1967 in Berlin ) is a German chef .
Life
Lange completed his training at the Hotel Maritim proArte in Berlin. In 1996 he worked in the VAU restaurant at Kolja Kleeberg in Berlin (one Michelin star ). In 1998 he became deputy head chef in the Hugos restaurant in the InterContinental Berlin next to Thomas Kammeier in Berlin (one Michelin star). He became head chef there in July 2015 when Kammeier left the restaurant.
