Eberhard Natter

Eberhard Natter (born November 26, 1956 in Stuttgart ) is the incumbent President of the Baden-Württemberg State Labor Court .

After studying law at the University of Konstanz and completing his legal clerkship in Rottweil, Eberhard Natter initially worked as a research assistant at the Universities of Konstanz and Berlin from 1982 to 1986. In the years 1986–1990 he worked as a consultant in the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in the departments “Corporate Codetermination” and “Works Constitution Law”. In early 1990 he moved to the Federal Labor Court in Kassel as a research assistant . In March 1991, Dr. Natter transferred to the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Social Affairs.

On November 1, 1991, Natter joined the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg at the Stuttgart Labor Court . On September 30, 1992, he was appointed judge for life. On January 15, 1995, Natter moved to the Karlsruhe Labor Court , where he was promoted to permanent deputy of the director in November 1995 and to director of the labor court on July 24, 1998.

From September 1999 to the end of February 2000, Natter was seconded to the Baden-Württemberg State Labor Court, where he was appointed presiding judge at the State Labor Court on January 31, 2002 and chaired the 10th Chamber. On October 8, 2002, Natter became Vice President of the State Labor Court and at the same time took over the chairmanship of the 4th Chamber in Stuttgart. Since December 28, 2010, Dr. Eberhard Natter is the new President of the State Labor Court.
