Courthouse

The court building is located at Johannesstrasse 86 in Stuttgart-West . It was built from 1907 to 1910 by the architect Albert Eitel and originally housed the Württemberg agricultural central cooperative and its bank. The nickname of the building ( Bauernschlössle ) and stone decorations above the entrance portal, which is decorated with fruits and a sower, indicate this use . The building forms the northern end of Johannesstrasse - at the southern end of the line of sight is the Johanneskirche in Feuersee .

The Stuttgart Labor Court has been housed in the building since 2005. One of the few paternoster lifts in Stuttgart is located in the building . This is not public, but can be seen from the first floor through a pane.

President

Jürgen Gneiting is the president of the Stuttgart Labor Court and Michael Büchele is vice-president.

Instance move

The state labor court of Baden-Württemberg and the federal labor court are superordinate to the court.
