Labor Court Villingen-Schwenningen

The labor court in Villingen-Schwenningen is one of the nine labor courts in Baden-Württemberg . It was established on January 1, 2018 by the Baden-Württemberg law amending the law on labor courts of October 24, 2017. Foreign chambers of the court exist in Radolfzell . The judicial district consists of the districts of Rottweil , Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis , Tuttlingen and Konstanz .

Superior courts

The Labor Court in Villingen-Schwenningen is superordinate to the Baden-Württemberg State Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court.
