The Freiburg Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the nine labor courts in Baden-Württemberg .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Freiburg im Breisgau at Habsburgerstrasse 103 . It maintains chambers in Offenburg and Lörrach .

The Freiburg Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Freiburg im Breisgau, the Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald district , the Emmendingen district , the Lörrach district , the Ortenau district and the Waldshut district . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Baden-Württemberg Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Freiburg Labor Court.
