Labor court in Loerrach
The Lörrach labor court was a labor court in Baden-Württemberg until the end of 2017 .
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in Loerrach at Weinbrennerstraße 5 . It maintained two chambers in Radolfzell at Seetorstrasse 5 .
The Lörrach labor court with its director Claus-Peter Wahl was responsible for labor law disputes from the Lörrach district , the Konstanz district and the Waldshut district.
Superior courts
The regional labor court of Baden-Württemberg and the federal labor court were superordinate to the labor court in Lörrach .
Dissolution and succession
Due to the Baden-Württemberg law amending the law on courts for labor matters of October 24, 2017, the court was dissolved on January 1, 2018. Since then, there have been external chambers of the Freiburg Labor Court in Lörrach . Since then, the chambers in Radolfzell have been assigned to the newly established Villingen-Schwenningen Labor Court .
