Labor Court Pforzheim

The labor court in Pforzheim , a court of labor jurisdiction , is one of the nine labor courts in Baden-Württemberg .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in Pforzheim at Simmlerstrasse 9 .

The Pforzheim Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the city of Pforzheim, the Calw district , the Enz district and the Freudenstadt district . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

The Baden-Württemberg State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Pforzheim Labor Court.
