Labor court Reutlingen

The Reutlingen Labor Court exercises jurisdiction in labor matters in the districts of Reutlingen, Tübingen and Zollernalbkreis in the first instance. The seat of the labor court is in Reutlingen . Court days for quality and chamber negotiations of the proceedings from the Zollernalb district are held in Balingen . Seven chambers have been set up, the responsibility of which results from the business distribution plan .

The Reutlingen Labor Court is, within the framework of its local jurisdiction, the first instance responsible for all lawsuits and applications for which legal recourse to the labor courts is open according to the Labor Court Act.

The head of administration of the court is the director of the labor court. He is supported by the head of administration and other administrative staff. A local IT system administration is also located at the labor court.

The court is located in the immediate vicinity of the tax office and the police headquarters (approx. 700 m as the crow flies east of the market square). The labor court can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes from the main train station.
