Eberhard Rinne

Manfred Eberhard Rinne (born November 10, 1938 in Rinteln ) is a lawyer . From 1986 to 2003 he was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Rinne attended the Ernestinum grammar school in his hometown, where he graduated from high school in 1959 . After studying law, he joined the judicial service of Lower Saxony in 1968 . He has been a judge for life since 1971. From 1975 to 1979 he was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court and then to the Federal Court of Justice until 1981. During the period of his secondment, he was appointed judge at the Higher Regional Court. From 1982 to 1985 Rinne worked in a civil senate at the Higher Regional Court in Celle .

On January 2, 1986, Rinne was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. After a short membership in the second civil senate, Rinne was a member of the III. Civil Senate, since 1994 as its chairman. Since 1994, Rinne has also chaired the Senate for notary matters .

Since January 1999, Rinne has been a member of the Presidium of the Federal Court of Justice.

Manfred Eberhard Rinne retired on November 30, 2003 after reaching the age limit.
