Ebru Polat
Ebru Polat (born Filiz Sarıkaya * 1. June 1983 in Izmir ) is a Turkish lawyer and Pop - singer .
life and career
As a hyperactive child, Ebru Polat took ballet lessons in Izmir at a young age and met with other young artists in the world of music, encouraged by her participation in a school choir. However, she later changed her attitude and wanted to give her life a different direction in a field other than music. First, she went to Northern Cyprus to study law.
Ebru Polat is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Eastern Mediterranean University in Famagusta , Cyprus . After graduating, Ebru Polat took up the profession of lawyer. She later took music and singing lessons at the Royal Academy of Music in London for two years . She was particularly interested in the intricacies of physics and the sound of music. After returning to Turkey, she began to sing professionally and in 2008 achieved a great deal of attention in her country with the song Çok Geç (English: “too late”) on a maxi single . In 2009 the song Kalp Ayazı ("Heart Frost") led to the first record deal. After a one-year break, the artist continued her career in 2011.
