Eckhard Wolf (lawyer)

Eckhard Wolf (born March 26, 1932 in Breslau ; † May 30, 2018 in Wiesbaden ) was a German lawyer . From 1974 to 1996 he was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice , from 1989 presiding judge of the BGH Senate responsible for leasing law.

Wolf was a holder of the Great Federal Cross of Merit .
