Eckhart Müller-Heydenreich

Eckhart Müller-Heydenreich (born April 19, 1935 ) is a German lawyer and local politician (formerly SPD ).

Müller-Heydenreich studied law at the Universities of Marburg and Munich from 1955 to 1960 . In 1964 he founded his own law firm specializing in bankruptcy and insolvency law, which is now known as Müller-Heydenreich Bierbach & Kollegen . From 1972 to 1978 he was the third mayor of the state capital Munich. Initially a member of the SPD, he gave up his party book in 1976. In 1984 he was entrusted with the settlement of the Nuremberg motorcycle manufacturer Zündapp . Between 2000 and 2003, as insolvency administrator, he liquidated what was then Suhler Zweirad GmbH - the manufacturer of the Simson mopeds.

Eckhart Müller-Heydenreich was Chairman of the Administrative Advisory Board of FC Bayern München e. V. and member of the supervisory board of FC Bayern Munich .
